Using the private pilot
Billion is an invited workspace for businesses and agencies to plan posts, save brand content and review work with a team. Access is managed by the operator and your organization. These terms describe the pilot; they do not promise a public launch date or that every displayed platform has a working connection.
Accounts and team access
Use an account you are authorized to use, protect your sign-in details and keep invitations private. Organization owners and administrators manage team access; brand permissions determine who can create, review or manage particular work. Tell the operator if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your content and permissions
You keep the rights you hold in your content. By putting content in Billion, you allow the operator and its service providers to store and process it to provide the features you use. Only upload or submit material you have the right to use, including personal data, music, photographs, trademarks and client assets.
Do not use the service for unlawful content, impersonation, unsolicited messages, attempts to bypass access controls or activity that harms the service or another person.
AI needs your review
AI creation begins with an explicit request when the operator has enabled it. Generated captions or images can be inaccurate, unsuitable or similar to other material. Check facts, rights and brand suitability before saving or using them. Applying a result does not approve, schedule or publish it. AI video generation is unavailable until a supported provider is integrated.
Connections and publication
Connecting an account grants specific provider permissions. It does not publish content. A saved date and an approval also do not send a post. Supported live publication requires a separate explicit Publish or Schedule action, an exact approved saved version, a valid account connection and the operator’s live configuration.
Free simulation produces test receipts without sending content to a social network. A provider may reject content, change its requirements or revoke access. Check the publication receipt; an uncertain or processing outcome is not confirmation that a post is live. Your use of a connected platform remains subject to that platform’s rules.
Availability and changes
The pilot is still being developed. Features can be incomplete, unavailable or changed, and no uninterrupted-service or publication-time guarantee is offered. Keep your own copies of important original content. The draft export is a content download, not a full backup or restore service.
These pages do not introduce a subscription, authorize a charge or buy provider services. Any future paid arrangement needs its own clear terms. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Leaving the service
You can stop using Billion, sign out and disconnect local social credentials. For account or content deletion, follow Data deletion. The operator may restrict access to protect the service or address misuse; that does not itself delete retained workspace or recovery records.
